Rize offers a rent-now-pay-later service in Saudi Arabia: it pays landlords a full year's rent upfront and lets tenants repay in monthly instalments, while giving real-estate brokers tools to manage rentals. It is licensed by Saudi Arabia's General Real Estate Authority and says over 400,000 users have registered.
