Brandon Dawson Builds a Precision-Health Platform From Abu Dhabi

Brandon Dawson, co-founder, chairman, chief executive and managing partner of 10X Health and Cardone Ventures, is building a precision-health business in Abu Dhabi with global ambitions from the start.

The venture is MYiOX Health, the product of 10XREVIV, a partnership between Abu Dhabi-based health company M42, US human optimization and lifespan company 10X Health, and UK-headquartered precision-nutrition firm REVIV Global.

Dawson's reading of the market is blunt. Consumers already carry smartwatches, blood panels, genetic tests and apps that track heart rate, glucose, sleep, stress, recovery and nutrition. What they often lack is any idea what to do with the output.

Turning biology into instructions

MYiOX is designed as an end-to-end human optimization platform. It collects biological information, interprets it, recommends nutrition, lifestyle, product and supplement protocols, measures what changed, and feeds the result into the next round of decisions. The intelligence layer is a BEAM Score built around hundreds of life-science-weighted biomarkers. Dawson's position is that another score on its own changes nothing, because information without action optimizes nothing.

Where clinical care becomes appropriate, the platform is meant to route users to qualified professionals. The company is explicit that it does not tell anyone to stop prescribed medication, and that clinical decisions stay with medical practitioners. Its stated aim is to give individuals and their doctors more evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle options.

Portable records, and a base in Masdar City

Another design goal is continuity. A patient splitting time between Abu Dhabi, Miami and London currently deals with separate doctors, laboratories, apps and clinics, each holding a fragment of the picture. MYiOX is being built so that a biological profile and personalized protocol can move across participating markets rather than restarting at every border, and so that consumer wellness data can connect to clinical environments once medical care is needed.

10XREVIV launched in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, bringing the group's AI-powered Precision Nutrition System to the UAE. REVIV's founder and CEO, Sarah Lomas, built the Manchester-headquartered med-tech company around broader access to elective IV therapy, supplementation, hydration and preventive care. Its clinical network covers more than 40 countries on a shared SaaS platform designed to accommodate local regulation. Dawson treats that life-sciences depth as the human intelligence behind MYiOX, which the company describes as the first global operator of its kind across 40 countries, supported by a MYiOX Pro clinical software layer.

Why Abu Dhabi

The location followed advice from Dawson's mentor, Michael Milken, chairman of the Milken Institute. Dawson also cites the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's emphasis on human development, and the emirate's spending on genomics, population health, artificial intelligence, precision medicine and life sciences, alongside a population drawn from more than 200 nationalities.

M42 facilitates the Emirati Genome Programme, which has drawn about 780,000 UAE national participants, and has worked with Microsoft and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard on genomic and precision-health infrastructure.

The record behind the bet

Dawson founded Sonus, a Warburg Pincus-backed consolidation company he took public on the American Stock Exchange at 29. He then bootstrapped Audigy Group and sold it for US$151 million in 2016, later helping the acquiring public company lift its share price from US$18 to US$94 in three years, adding US$3.5 billion in market value. Cardone Ventures, co-founded with his wife Natalie Dawson and Grant Cardone, has placed US$45 million into REVIV Global through convertible loans.

The MYiOX brand is due to be unveiled in October at the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit, with the platform launching in January 2027.
