Daniel Salewski turns personal health questions into a Dubai longevity clinic

Daniel Salewski is managing director and founder of Elite Vita, a wellness clinic in Dubai Healthcare City. He is also director of EVA™, which is in development. Both roles sit inside a model that combines testing, clinical advice and consumer wellness services.

London beginnings and a sales career

Salewski grew up in Kilburn, London. By 17 he was organizing club nights in the West End. His early career then moved across fitness, property advertising, recruitment technology and communications, including roles at Fitness First, Hot Property, CareerBuilder and ConferencePlus.

At Fitness First he progressed into sales management. At ConferencePlus he was named Salesperson of the Year for the UK and Ireland in 2009 and again in 2010. Those roles gave him a grounding in customer-facing work across different service businesses.

Fostering and a different view of leadership

In 2012 he founded Apple Fostering in London. His mother was a social worker, and his upbringing gave him a first-hand understanding of fostering and the importance of a stable home. Apple Fostering set out to help children find caring families.

Building the organization reshaped his view of leadership. The work required attention to individual circumstances, not a single template for every child or family. That lesson would matter later in a field where clients arrive with different histories, test results and goals.

From fatigue to functional medicine

Later, Salewski struggled with unexplained fatigue despite his drive to work and build businesses. He began exploring functional medicine, blood biomarkers and DNA analysis. That exploration deepened his interest in how an individual's biology affects health, energy and wellbeing.

Elite Vita in Dubai

He established Elite Vita in Dubai Healthcare City. The clinic describes itself as a premier wellness clinic and sells exclusive memberships aimed at peak health and vitality. Its stated mission is optimal wellbeing and longevity through personalized, science-backed wellness. Its stated vision is unbounded wellbeing and transformation. Elite Vita also encourages clients to become ambassadors for their wellness journeys.

The clinic aims to connect genetic insights, blood biomarker analysis and personalized care in a more connected way. It works with clinical professionals to help people understand their biology and take informed action.

The gap between results and habits

Salewski saw that clients valued understanding their results but struggled to convert that understanding into consistent daily habits. EVA™ is being developed to connect DNA, blood biomarkers, personalized supplement protocols and daily guidance in one clinically supported experience.

His work has spanned social care, wellness and technology. The common focus is understanding individual needs and building services around them. He wants to make personalized longevity guidance accessible to more people while retaining human oversight and individual attention.

The harder problem in longevity care is not producing data but changing what people do after they see it. Tests can show a person's biology; habits are built over months, not in a single appointment. That makes the daily support layer EVA™ is meant to provide as important as the lab work behind it. The clinical component remains necessary, but the daily work of adherence sits outside the consultation room.
