Innovation City Builds AI Registration Platform on Salesforce Agentforce

Innovation City, the technology-focused free zone in Ras Al Khaimah, has built an artificial intelligence platform with Salesforce that takes over portions of the company registration process.

The system runs on Salesforce's Agentforce, which lets AI agents carry out defined registration tasks and workflows within set permissions and controls. The two organizations say it compresses work that once took days or weeks into minutes. People stay in the loop for cases that need judgment or involve complex exceptions.

Both sides describe the build as the first platform of its type to handle company formation this way, and say they know of no comparable deployment elsewhere.

How the platform is put together

The deployment merges Salesforce's AI tooling with Innovation City's digital infrastructure. It is meant to automate registration and adjacent business processes while meeting governance, security and auditability obligations.

Agentforce works across data, workflows and business logic to execute specified tasks. At Innovation City, the intent is to give businesses faster access to registration and other services without stepping outside the free zone's existing regulatory framework.

Mohammed AlKhothani, General Manager and SVP at Salesforce Middle East, said organizations in the region are “maturing beyond AI experimentation to actual measurable outcomes.” He described Agentforce as autonomous digital labor that acts on data and business logic, and said the Innovation City project shows the technology can simplify processes while still meeting requirements for governance, data privacy and trust.

What Innovation City hosts

The free zone supports companies working in AI, Web3 and digital assets, gaming, robotics and health technology. Its infrastructure includes digital business identity and on-chain licensing, along with access to sovereign AI infrastructure and a dedicated AI data center.

The Salesforce work sits inside a wider effort to build AI and digital infrastructure into company formation and business services in Ras Al Khaimah. The free zone is pitching that stack to founders who need to incorporate quickly, with human reviewers reserved for the registration cases that automation cannot close on its own.
