JustAd, a UAE-based advertising technology company, has raised $5 million from angel investor Imad Jomaa. Neither the stage of the round nor the company's valuation was disclosed.
Ahmed Elsayed founded JustAd in 2025. The platform is pitched as a single workspace for marketing teams: brands and agencies plan, monitor and report on campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads, with AI-driven analysis, conversion tracking and attribution, product catalogue tools and combined reporting. The claim is that advertisers can see which channels are performing and act on it without moving between separate tools.
Paying for media later
The product JustAd says it invented is Advertise Now, Pay Later, an embedded financing model for media buying. A business starts campaigns straight away and settles the media spend over as many as 12 instalments. Clients run on certified agency ad accounts across the four major platforms, with direct technical support.
The gap the model targets is cash flow. Ad platforms bill as budgets are spent, while revenue from those ads can arrive weeks or months later. A declined or blocked card can pause a campaign mid-flight and damage its results. ANPL is built to close that timing mismatch, so a business keeps scaling what works instead of waiting for cash to catch up. On the strength of that product, JustAd describes itself as the first fintech for advertisers.
Where the money goes
The company built its customer base in the Middle East and North Africa, working with e-commerce brands, agencies and in-house marketing teams. The new capital is earmarked for international expansion: local sales and customer success teams in each new market, product changes to fit those markets, and deeper ties with the major ad platforms.
Elsayed frames the roadmap around where ad budgets are heading.
"Advertising is changing faster than most businesses can follow. AI is taking over how campaigns are built and measured, and budgets are spreading across more platforms every year," he said. "We built JustAd by reading where the market is heading and filling the gaps before anyone else sees them. That is how we arrived at Advertise Now, Pay Later, and it is how we will keep building. The next decade of advertising belongs to the companies that give advertisers intelligence and capital in the same place. This investment lets us bring that to new markets, and Imad's backing is a strong vote of confidence in our team."
Jomaa, the only investor named in the deal, said the appeal was two problems he sees as universal for advertisers.
"JustAd is solving two problems every advertiser has: knowing what works and having the cash to scale it," he said. "Advertise Now, Pay Later is a new idea that changes how businesses fund their growth, and Ahmed and his team have proven it in demanding markets. I am investing because I believe this model works anywhere businesses advertise. Taking it into new markets is the natural next step."
JustAd expects to sign its first customers in those new markets in early 2027.
