MoneyHash has added VaultsPay, a UAE-based payment solutions provider, to its payment orchestration platform. Merchants already using MoneyHash can connect to VaultsPay without building a separate integration.
MoneyHash runs an orchestration layer that links a business to multiple payment providers through one integration. Rather than contracting each provider directly and maintaining separate code for every connection, a merchant routes transactions through MoneyHash and manages the providers from a single place. Under the new arrangement, VaultsPay sits alongside those other providers instead of standing as its own connection.
VaultsPay handles online and in-person payments in the UAE and supports cards and digital wallets. The partnership lets merchants treat it as part of a wider payment strategy, used where it fits and supplemented as needs change.
Orchestration platforms are designed to absorb the work that each new provider brings. Every connection a merchant builds directly is another piece of code to maintain, another set of settlement and reconciliation flows, and another relationship to manage. Folding that into one layer is the problem MoneyHash addresses for businesses operating across emerging and global markets.
Both sides on the record
Nader Abdelrazik, co-founder and CEO of MoneyHash, said adding VaultsPay to the platform's ecosystem strengthens the payment capabilities available to UAE businesses and gives them the flexibility to manage those capabilities alongside the rest of their payment stack.
Sailesh Malhotra, CEO of VaultsPay, said businesses expanding across channels and markets need greater flexibility in how they build and manage payment infrastructure.
Why the connection matters
Payment orchestration is a distribution question as much as a technical one. For VaultsPay, the tie-up opens another channel to businesses that already run their payments through MoneyHash, reaching merchants without a direct sales conversation for each one. For MoneyHash, adding a local UAE provider widens what merchants can plug into a platform built for emerging and global markets, where the mix of providers a business needs tends to shift as it enters new countries or adds sales channels.
The flexibility runs in both directions. A merchant that starts with one provider and later wants a second, or a local option in a market it has just entered, can add it through the same system rather than rebuilding checkout around a new connection.
Both companies formally marked the partnership at Seamless Middle East 2026 in Dubai.
