Nexus Hub FZCO was named a 2025 Future 100 winner. The Dubai-based company was founded in 2025, works in the creative industries sector, and serves as the DMCC headquarters of Nexus Co., Ltd., a Korean listed company that trades on KOSDAQ under the ticker 065170.
Henry Chang (Chang Hyun Guk) is chief executive of Nexus Co., Ltd. Jason Kim (Kim Jaeyoung) is general manager of Nexus Hub Fzco.
The structure places a Korean listed developer's transaction business inside one of Dubai's free-zone clusters. DMCC's gaming centre houses the subsidiary; the parent remains the vehicle for the underlying infrastructure and the product line built on top of it.
Settlement for machine-scale payments
Nexus Co., Ltd. builds transaction infrastructure for digital economies. The workload it targets has a particular shape: games and AI agents generate vast volumes of small, high-frequency transactions, and conventional payment rails cannot serve that traffic efficiently.
The ONE ecosystem is organised to cover those needs end to end:
- ONE Chain handles settlement.
- ONE Shop covers web-based in-game commerce.
- ONE Store handles distribution. It is Korea's largest independent app market, with more than 38 million users, and was acquired in 2026.
That store's user base and its 2026 acquisition give the distribution arm a scale a newly founded subsidiary could not build on its own.
A full-stack gaming company
Nexus Hub is described as a full-stack gaming company spanning development, publishing, distribution, blockchain and AI, the same functions its parent assembles under ONE, packaged for a regional market.
Its commercial model reads from transaction volume rather than token price. The company earns from payments actually settled, not from the valuation of an asset it issues.
Dubai base, regional publishing
Nexus Hub operates from Dubai with the DMCC Gaming Centre. It also runs a joint publishing program that connects regional studios to global distribution.
Distribution access is the practical edge there. Studios in the region often struggle to reach global storefronts alone, and a publisher with a listed parent and an established app market behind it can carry titles further than most. For Nexus, the two sides reinforce each other. The games and AI transaction flow is both the product and the market it addresses, since the volume of small payments that strains conventional rails is exactly what the ONE stack was assembled to settle.
