OKX Offers Free Six-Month Anghami Plus and OSN+ Subs in MENA

OKX has teamed up with Anghami and OSN+ to hand eligible customers six months of free access to both streaming services. The offer covers Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and the Levant.

Anghami Plus and OSN+ subscriptions sit at the front of the deal, but they are one piece of a wider collaboration among the three companies rather than a standalone giveaway.

Music events, watch parties and a joint series

The broader tie-up takes in music activations and community events, plus a joint series that will cover entertainment and finance. Music sessions and watch parties built around OSN+ releases are planned as well. Artist line-ups, venues and dates for those events have not been confirmed.

What OKX gets out of it

The exchange is leaning on subscription perks to pull new users onto its platform. OKX describes the partnership as part of crypto's next phase of adoption in the region, language the company uses as exchanges hunt for customers who have never held a digital asset.

Choucri Khairallah, Chief Business Officer at Anghami & OSN+, said the partnership reflects both brands' ambition to stay close to evolving consumer interests. The goal, he said, is to deliver tangible value and create new entertainment engagement for audiences across MENA. Khairallah described OKX as a platform used and trusted by a growing community, and said crypto and digital finance are becoming increasingly relevant across the region.

Why streaming perks keep showing up in crypto

A subscription bundle puts a crypto brand inside daily habits that have nothing to do with trading. Someone who opens OSN+ through an OKX account already holds a logged-in exchange session, which shortens the distance between signing up and making a first deposit. For Anghami and OSN+, the arrangement opens a route to an audience that leans younger and digital-first, and pairs them with a partner whose users are already used to paying for services online. Crypto exchanges competing for the same retail customers in the Gulf have limited room to differentiate on fees, so lifestyle benefits become the argument.

What the programming side of the collaboration looks like in practice is still open. No eligibility criteria or end date for the subscription offer were set out in the announcement, and the events tied to OSN+ releases have no schedule attached.
