ThinkProp launches UAE's first real estate AI academy, with GCC and China expansion planned

ThinkProp Venture, a real estate training institute with operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, has unveiled the ThinkProp AI Academy, which it describes as the UAE's first academy devoted to artificial intelligence in real estate. The academy operates under Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) Venture.

The programme is built on a structured enablement system that carries AI through four stages: guidance, simulation, assessment and performance measurement. The stated goal is measurable AI-enabled capability, not familiarity with tools. Learners are meant to finish able to handle real-world scenarios rather than simply having completed a course.

What the curriculum covers

Courses run across real estate, sales, project management, marketing and business operations. A partnership with AI CERTs supplies globally recognised certifications, and the curriculum is designed to stay aligned with local industry requirements as they shift.

The academy is meant to serve internal teams, external clients and industry partners. ThinkProp presents it as a scalable framework for capability building rather than a fixed catalogue. The framework is intended to raise productivity, reduce operational inefficiencies and shorten the time it takes to reach decisions.

Rollout from the UAE outward

The first phase targets more than 100 professionals. Course offerings are scheduled to double by the end of the year. Expansion is then planned across the GCC, followed by the wider Middle East and Chinese markets.

Jasem Alhosani, Operations Lead at ThinkProp, said the academy shifts training away from knowledge-based learning toward performance-driven enablement. The emphasis, he said, is on readiness to perform, and on giving organisations visibility into that readiness, into decision-making and into real-world impact.

Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, described the initiative as a commitment to innovation and industry advancement. Embedding AI in structured learning journeys, he said, equips professionals for a more digital and competitive landscape.

Certified backing

ThinkProp holds formal certification from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The academy was developed with government and industry partners, and the organisation positions itself as a leading regional platform for real estate education and professional development.

The pitch reflects a shift in how training providers in the region are selling AI: less as a separate technical discipline than as a layer across sales, marketing and project management roles that have never required it. For agencies and developers, the useful question is whether a certificate changes how quickly deals, approvals and reporting move. Attaching assessment to on-the-job performance, rather than to course completion, is ThinkProp's answer to that.

The near-term test is concrete. More than 100 professionals in the first phase, and twice as many courses on the shelf by December.
