Virtuzone Launches E-Commerce Accelerator Programme for UAE Entrepreneurs

Virtuzone, a UAE-based business setup consultancy, has launched an E-commerce Accelerator Programme for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to establish and grow online businesses in the country. The programme is built around the operational demands of taking a product to market online: getting a trade licence, choosing the optimal legal structure, sourcing products, remaining compliant and managing multiple sales channels.

Paul Bryson, Virtuzone's managing director, says the company brings extensive experience to that work. Much of it, he explains, goes to helping entrepreneurs secure the correct trade licence, choose the optimal legal structure and meet UAE regulatory requirements. Virtuzone does not stop at incorporation. It also provides corporate services such as accounting and opening a business bank account.

Bryson places the launch against a government-backed push in the UAE. The programme builds on public investment in digital infrastructure, logistics and business-friendly regulation, he says. Those choices, in his view, have already positioned the country as a global hub for e-commerce. The forecast gives that argument numbers: UAE e-commerce is projected to exceed AED50.6 billion by 2029.

The accelerator assembles the expertise of Virtuzone and two outside partners: Sourcing with Kian and Titan Network. Kian Golzari founded Sourcing with Kian; his record includes more than 2,500 sourced products, more than 500 factory visits and 28-plus Canton Fair attendances. Dan Ashburn, co-founder of Titan Network, will advise founders on launching and growing businesses through Amazon, TikTok Shop and independent online stores. He will also cover Meta advertising and improving visibility in AI-powered search. Titan Network itself represents more than 700 vetted brand owners who sell across online marketplaces and on their own storefronts.

Branding guidance sits with Fadi Khoury, founder and managing partner of CFK Consultancy. Khoury will help with branding and digital marketing. The firm says it has developed more than 150 brands and brand strategies and delivered more than 50 marketing and advertising campaigns.

The programme points to where Virtuzone sees its next commercial opportunity. It has moved from helping companies exist legally to helping them operate commercially. The growth forecast for UAE e-commerce is strong enough that the limiting factor is no longer infrastructure or policy; it is execution. If Virtuzone can take e-commerce founders from the licensing stage through sourcing, marketing and marketplace decisions, it turns a one-time setup fee into a stream of services, and positions itself inside the projected AED50.6 billion market.
