Ajman Chamber to Launch Thara Investment Ecosystem on October 29
The Thara Investment and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem will be unveiled at the first Thara Connect Forum in Ajman, held under the patronage of the Ruler of Ajman.
The Ajman Chamber will launch the Thara Investment and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem on October 29, 2026. The launch takes place during the inaugural Thara Connect Forum at the Thara Entrepreneurship Centre in Ajman.
The forum is where the ecosystem gets explained in public. Its components will be presented, along with the initiatives that sit inside it and the investment and entrepreneurship support opportunities attached to the programme. Investors, business leaders, entrepreneurs and industry experts from the UAE and abroad are set to gather.
The forum is built around three aims: exchanging knowledge, strengthening connections, and exploring investment and partnership opportunities. It is the first edition of an event named for the centre that hosts it.
H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, is patron of the event. H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, will attend. That level of involvement places the launch alongside the emirate's official economic programme rather than treating it as a chamber event alone.
H.E. Eng. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Ajman Chamber, said the launch reflects the UAE leadership's vision of a diversified and competitive economy, one in which entrepreneurs and startups drive growth.
H.E. Maryam Khalifa Al Nuaimi, Chairperson of the Thara Investment and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, called Thara a significant step in Ajman's approach to the new economy. The ecosystem is designed as an integrated environment that supports entrepreneurs at different stages of growth, she said.

Organising support around growth stage answers a practical problem. A company that registered last month and one that is hiring steadily rarely need the same thing, and a single package of services tends to fit neither well. Putting investors in the same room as founders at each of those stages gives younger firms a route to capital that does not depend on already knowing the right people, and gives the emirate a reason for those companies to stay as they expand.
What the forum should make clearer is the mechanics: how the stages are defined, which initiatives attach to each one, and how a company applies for support. Those details matter more to founders than the framing does.
The programme includes panel discussions and specialised networking sessions. A startup exhibition runs alongside them, showcasing innovative solutions and giving entrepreneurs the chance to connect directly with investors and business leaders.
The Thara Entrepreneurship Centre gives the ecosystem a physical address from the start. Founders who attend will be standing in the building that carries the programme's name, which makes the launch a test of whether the space, the services and the investors line up on the same day.
For the Chamber, the measure of the day will be the connections it produces rather than the announcements it makes. Networking sessions and an exhibition floor are the parts of the programme where a founder without an introduction can meet someone who writes cheques.
The Thara Connect Forum takes place at the Thara Entrepreneurship Centre in Ajman on October 29, 2026, the day the Thara Investment and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem goes live.
